Anila Recruitment has partnered with a well-regarded P&C run provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) to recruit a Quality and Compliance Manager. This newly created leadership position will play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of quality and compliance across the services. This position is perfect for an experienced Coordinator/ NS with a strong understanding of the NQF, compliance frameworks, and mentoring. You'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure both services meet and exceed regulatory expectations, while supporting staff in reflective practice, program delivery, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee compliance systems, audits, and documentation Guide the implementation of NQF and MTOP Support educational leadership, programming, and critical reflection Lead or assist in Quality Improvement Plans and A&R readiness Promote inclusive, child-safe practices Contribute to risk management and internal reviews Mentor and collaborate with team leaders across both sites About You You bring a strong foundation in OSHC or early childhood, with prior experience in quality or compliance-focused roles.
